LLMBrandScan

Terms of Service

Effective August 17, 2026

LLMBrandScan ("the service") is operated by Vladimir Boldyrev, an independent founder ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past — the short version: you prepay for scans, we run real AI queries and report what came back honestly, failed work is not charged, and neither side pretends AI answers are deterministic.

What you are buying

The service sells prepaid credits. One credit runs one Light scan; Standard and Deep scans use three and five credits. A scan sends your configured questions to third-party AI engines (ChatGPT via the OpenAI API, Claude via the Anthropic API, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, and Google AI Overviews via DataForSEO) and reports how those engines answered. Credits are consumed when a scan launches, do not expire, and are not transferable between accounts. Prices are shown at purchase and charged in USD through our payment processor, Stripe.

Monitoring subscriptions

Optional monitoring re-runs a scan you choose on a weekly or monthly schedule, billed as a Stripe subscription that grants the credits each run consumes. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and scheduled runs already covered by that period still run. If a run cannot be covered, monitoring pauses rather than charging you for work it cannot do, and resumes when it can.

Honest results, honest limits

AI answers are non-deterministic: the same question can return a different answer minutes later on an unchanged model. Reports therefore show observed ranges across samples, not guarantees. A report is a measurement of what the engines said during your scan window — it is not advice, a prediction, or a promise that any engine will keep saying it. Business decisions you make from a report are yours.

The engines belong to third parties and can go down. When an engine is unavailable at its provider, we say so before you launch — the scan screen discloses which engines are available, and a scan proceeds only against the engines it can actually reach. A failed engine call is never charged; if every call in a scan fails, the scan's credits come back automatically. Details are in the refund policy.

Your account

You need a working email address — sign-in is by magic link or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to that mailbox. Reports you share via a share link are visible to anyone holding the link until the link expires or is revoked.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to bypass billing or rate limits, no probing other customers' data, no using scans to harass, and no reselling raw scan output as if it were your own measurement infrastructure without an agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that do this; unused credits on an account suspended for abuse are handled case by case.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions third-party AI engines make about your brand, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes with them, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions, account requests, or anything else — reach us via the contact page. See also the privacy policy and refund policy.
